When and why?

If you provide us with your curriculum vitae, either through the website, email, or physically at our address or any Datakorum Solutions, S.L. site, it will be incorporated into our databases. The curriculum will be stored for a period of 1 year, after which, if we have not contacted you, it will be deleted.
The legal basis for processing your data is the express consent granted by the applicant by submitting their curriculum and ticking the checkbox provided for this purpose.
The purpose of processing is to include you in current and future selection processes at Datakorum Solutions, S.L. or any entity within the corporate group.
In the event that the applicant eventually becomes an employee of Datakorum Solutions, S.L. or any entity within the corporate group, their data will be incorporated into a database owned by the same to manage the employee-employer relationship internally.
– Newsletter Subscription:
The website allows for the option to subscribe to the Datakorum Solutions, S.L. newsletter. To do so, you need to provide an email address to which the newsletter will be sent. This information will be stored in a database managed by Datakorum Solutions, S.L. and will be recorded until the subscriber requests its removal or Datakorum Solutions, S.L. ceases to send the newsletter.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is the express consent given by subscribers when they subscribe to this service by ticking the appropriate checkbox.
The email data will only be processed and stored for managing the newsletter’s delivery to subscribers who request it.

To whom will your data be communicated?
Your data will not be transferred to third parties unrelated to the service we provide, except for legal obligations. Specifically, they will be communicated to the Spanish Tax Agency and banks and financial entities for the collection of the provided service or purchased product.

If we have not addressed your rights exercise, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
We have forms available for exercising rights that can be requested via the above-mentioned email; you can also use those developed by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or third parties. These forms must be signed electronically or accompanied by a photocopy of your ID. If acting through a representative, the same procedure applies.
The forms must be submitted in person or sent by postal or electronic mail to the addresses listed in the “Responsible” section.
The maximum period to resolve is one month from the receipt of your request.
For how long will we keep your data?
Personal data will be retained as long as you maintain a relationship with us.
Once it ends, the personal data processed for each purpose will be retained for the legally established periods.
